Assuming the keys themselves are similarly responsive responsive as the keys on my IBM Model M spring-loaded keyboard and that it would be easy to switch keyboard layouts, I would literally pay upwards of $300 for such a thing.
Let me know if you ever see something like this actually for sale.
I realize that, but... all I can say is, "fuck, dude!"
Sadly, I don't think we'll be seeing anything like this for quite some time. I'll give it ten years. Something *similar* could be done right now, but the "keys" would be flat and jumbo-sized --resembling, perhaps, the keys on a dialing wand attained by someone whose fingers... are too fat -- and would limit its use to something like a flashy, large version of the standalone programmable gamer keypads available today.
Speaking of that, has anyone seen the programmable keypad that allows the user to slide the keys around into any configuration? It's craaaazy, man!

It's just a mockup...not even a prototype at the moment. Still the badassest't mockup around!
